Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient stockroom operations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, resolve customer complaints, and provide feedback on sales performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash handling, sales reporting, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and multitask.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
