We are a reputable transportation company seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to oversee administrative procedures, ensure efficient office operations, and maintain high levels of productivity. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures and deadlines.
  • Co-ordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administration.
  • Strong knowledge of computer technology, including MS Office, MS Outlook, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Familiarity with electronic mail and other administrative software.
Salary and Benefits
