About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Stylist to join our team at Mejuri. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a warm and welcoming environment in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized styling services to customers, leveraging product knowledge and expertise to create a memorable and customized experience.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective clienteling, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to identify opportunities to improve daily operations, minimize shrink, and maintain a high level of visual merchandising.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new launches and promotions, and communicate this information to the team.
  • Ensure all customers are presented with their products and thanked as the final step of the customer journey.
Requirements
  • Must be able to work weekends and outside of work hours as needed, including retail-focused holidays.
  • Experience with clienteling or building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for styling and catering to customers on a personal level.
  • Ability to pay attention to customer feedback, trends, and share insights with management.
  • Great attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Strong sense of initiative, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines with excellent problem-solving skills.
