Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Stylist to join our team at Mejuri. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a warm and welcoming environment in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized styling services to customers, leveraging product knowledge and expertise to create a memorable and customized experience.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective clienteling, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new launches and promotions, to provide informed and enthusiastic recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising displays and store layouts that showcase Mejuri's products in an attractive and engaging way.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury or fine jewelry environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong product knowledge and styling skills, with the ability to create personalized recommendations for customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
