Fragrance Stylist - Luxury Retail

We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a Fragrance Stylist, you will be responsible for creating personalized scented experiences for our customers, showcasing our luxury fragrances and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalized fragrance consultations and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury fragrance and lifestyle products, including their features, benefits, and pairing options.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their preferences and needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends, product launches, and company initiatives to provide expert knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, fragrance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of fragrance and luxury products and their features, benefits, and pairing options.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
