We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader to join our team at 1192820 B.C. LTD.
Job Summary:The Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational policies and programs, allocating resources, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support organizational initiatives
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with business goals
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource management
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal awareness and team player skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
The Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
