Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Booster Juice. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient food service schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Train and supervise staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
