Job Title: Director, Business Intelligence

Later is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Business Intelligence and Data Operations function. As Director, Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing data architecture, and overseeing the development of data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data strategies to drive business growth and inform decision-making
  • Lead a team of data professionals in designing, building, and maintaining data infrastructure and analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into business processes and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security across the organization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy and architecture
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or related roles
  • 3+ years of leadership experience building and managing high-performing data teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Econometrics, or related field
  • Strong understanding of data pipeline and automation tools, data governance, and enterprise-level systems
  • Experience with cloud services such as GCP, AWS, and Azure
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
