We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at BioAro. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our medical testing procedures.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced medical laboratory environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and procedures, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Medical Laboratory Specialist will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses, including blood group and compatibility testing. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and logs, as well as performing routine equipment maintenance and calibration.

As a Medical Laboratory Specialist at BioAro, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and healthcare professionals, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct laboratory tests and analyses, including blood group and compatibility testing;
  • Maintain accurate records and logs;
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration;
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate test results;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. medical laboratory technology);
  • At least 2 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in testing procedures;
Benefits

  • $55,000 - $65,000 per year;
