Job Title: Heavy Duty Mechanic

NCSG Crane and Heavy Haul Services is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our maintenance team in Fort McMurray, AB. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and service of property, equipment, and vehicles
  • Inspect and evaluate operating conditions of equipment and vehicles
  • Modify existing equipment and systems to keep the facility in good running order
  • Ensure all maintenance is completed in accordance with established department policies and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Licensed Journeyman Certificate
  • 3rd or 4th year apprentices with relevant experience will be considered
  • Valid Driver's License and commercial driver's abstract
  • Heavy duty experience required, crane experience an asset
  • Must have own tools
Additional Information:
  • Must be a member in good standing or willing to join Operating Engineers Local 955
  • Different rotational schedules available for the right candidate
  • Camp provided
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Fort McMurray uplift available for local candidates
