Restaurant Operations Manager

At FLAVORS & SPICES INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and controlling costs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant management role is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
