Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Vancouver, Canada. As a key member of our water and wastewater infrastructure group, you will be responsible for leading the design and contract management of pump stations and reservoirs.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects for municipal clients, collaborating with clients and approval agencies to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports for design projects.
  • Independently create detailed designs, plans, specifications, and estimates for bulk potable water pipelines, sewage pipelines, and reticulation infrastructure design projects.
  • Foster innovation and implement industry-leading solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy in design by driving integrated 3D design tools.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of technical engineering skills in bulk potable water pipelines, sewage pipelines, and reticulation infrastructure design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field required, Master's degree a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations and prepare written reports and documents.
  • Professional Engineer or eligibility for registration with PEO.
  • Previous experience managing and delivering civil engineering design projects.
Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is $110,600 - $152,100 per annum, depending on qualifications, certifications, experience, and performance.
