Water & Wastewater Leadership Opportunity

The Water & Wastewater sector at WSP Global Inc. presents a vast array of opportunities for growth and development. We seek a Vice President, Water & Wastewater, to spearhead our efforts in this area.

This role requires a seasoned leader with expertise in the Water & Wastewater sector, who can foster growth, build customer relationships, and enhance financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess innovative leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to create a high-performance culture.

  • Drive Growth: Leverage your expertise and client networks to fuel business growth.
  • Strategic Acquirer: Identify potential acquisitions for WSP Global.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop operating plans and financial forecasts in collaboration with the business line executive and the finance leader.
  • Implementation and Excellence: Lead the implementation of the operating plan and its objectives, focusing on people development, client relations, project delivery excellence, quality, and financial performance.
  • Mitigating Risks: Direct leaders on measures to mitigate project performance issues and risks, ensuring successful delivery on contractual commitments and financial targets to meet client expectations and exceed profitability targets.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a high-performance culture and complete integration to a one WSP culture, ensuring a high degree of employee engagement and low turnover of staff.
  • Optimizing Performance: Optimize financial performance including net revenue, operating margin, and DSO (receivables).
  • Collaboration and Client Satisfaction: Work with peers nationally and globally to leverage technical expertise, ensure client satisfaction, and implement best practices.
  • People Leadership: Proven ability to create a high-performance environment and empower teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Expertise in addressing growth opportunities and balancing risk-taking.
