Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Wildstone Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project setup, including the creation and maintenance of project directories and the setup of project billings and cost accounting systems.
  • Support contract management processes, including tendering and awarding work or supply materials, reviewing and processing invoices and progress claims, and reviewing documents and inquiries.
  • Assist with procurement of materials and equipment, RFI processes, general administrative and record-keeping functions, tracking project milestones and financial deadlines, and reviewing and distributing drawings.
  • Prepare warranty packages and requirements, collect warranty and O&M manuals, create turnover documents, assist in demobilizing the site, and archive documentation.
  • Interact effectively with other parts of the company, establish a culture of accountability in managing projects, and win trust within the Company community.

Requirements:

  • Confident interacting with key contacts in verbal, written, and electronic form.
  • Minimum years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry with knowledge of project setup, subcontract management, change orders, RFIs, lien holdback, and closeout.
  • EIT designation in civil or mechanical engineering or equivalent education and field experience.
  • Strong computer background, including experience with MS Word, Excel, and scheduling software. Working knowledge of Procore and Bluebeam an asset.
  • Ability to solve problems based on clearly defined procedures.
  • Capable of proactively participating in discussions.
  • Willingness to work cooperatively with others to achieve team goals and objectives.
