Job Description
  • Supports estimators in preparing preliminary estimates and develops project documentation.
  • Assists in procuring new projects to bid, conducting site investigations, and soliciting material and subcontractors.
  • Performs tasks required to complete estimates and budgets, and assists the team during tender closings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred, with relevant experience or education considered.
  • Co-op work experience in construction an asset, with well-organized individuals who are computer literate and enjoy challenges.
  • Able to work well as a team member, be resourceful, maintain efficiency, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Project, and database estimating software a plus.
