Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Wildstone Group. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective coordination of project start-up, management, and close-out.

About the Role:

  • You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, from initiation to completion.
  • Your expertise will be essential in setting up and maintaining accurate records, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • You will also play a key role in supporting contract management processes, including tendering, awarding, and reviewing invoices and progress claims.
  • In addition, you will assist with procurement, RFI processes, and general administrative functions.
  • As a Project Administrator, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and develop new skills in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry, with knowledge of project set-up, subcontract management, change orders, RFIs, lien holdback, and closeout.
  • EIT designation in civil or mechanical engineering, or equivalent education and field experience.
  • Strong computer background, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and scheduling software. Working knowledge of Procore and Bluebeam is an asset.
  • Able to solve problems based on clearly defined procedures.
  • Capable of proactively participating in discussions.
  • Willingsness to work cooperatively with others to achieve team goals and objectives.

Salary:$73,000 - $83,000 per year
