Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Sell postal products and services to businesses and individuals, providing expert advice and guidance to meet their needs.
- Mail and Package Processing: Sort, distribute, and process mail and packages into appropriate classifications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business administration or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on communication and problem-solving skills.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move freely throughout the store.
