Post Office Assistant

Canada Post Corp is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Post Office Assistant. As a key member of our retail team, you will provide exceptional counter services to customers, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Sell postal products and services to businesses and individuals, providing expert advice and guidance to meet their needs.
- Mail and Package Processing: Sort, distribute, and process mail and packages into appropriate classifications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business administration or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift mail containers up to 50 pounds, push or pull boxes, and stand for extended periods.
