Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our Customer & Experience Strategy team as the AVP, Customer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our customer-focused transformation and integrating customer outcomes into our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer-focused strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the development and performance management of customer metrics and targets, ensuring alignment with our customer strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer performance measurement and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to integrate customer insights into key decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in business strategy and planning, with a strong track record of driving customer-focused initiatives.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale change programs and drive business growth through customer insights.
  • Experience working with customer data and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments and drive results through effective communication and stakeholder management.
