  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key banners in your assigned sectors
  • Ensure the annual review of financing programs and effective risk management of your banner portfolio
  • Evolve the service offering under your management, expanding its scope while maximizing revenue growth
  • Guide business development surrounding your portfolio and advise regional leaders on market opportunities
  • Communicate existing franchise programs internally and mobilize sales teams
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of franchising, operations, and business risks associated with the industry
  • Execute programs under management efficiently and effectively
  • Participate in team visibility and awareness activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and seven years of relevant experience, or Master's degree related to the industry and five years of relevant experience, or University certificate and ten years of relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial finance, commercial banking products, and associated financing processes
  • Experience in business development, ideally with large companies
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and make relevant recommendations
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, creativity, and innovation
  • Demonstrate a great sense of organization, priority management, and autonomy
  • Influential leadership and excellent team player
