Job Title: Bartenders Supervisor

Head Over Heels is seeking a skilled Bartenders Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and leading a team of bartenders to achieve our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise a team of bartenders to ensure they are knowledgeable about our menu and services.
  • Cash Handling: Collect cash, credit, or debit payments for beverages and operate the cash register accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Order bar stock and maintain inventory control to ensure we have the necessary supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to our high standards.
  • Order Taking: Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment:

Our bar is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to provide exceptional customer service. You will be standing for extended periods and must be physically demanding.
