Job Title: Bar Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to join our team at Head Over Heels. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our bar runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train bar staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to our high standards.
- Manage the bar's inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bar or restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
