Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartenders Supervisor to join our team at Head Over Heels. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of bartenders to deliver an outstanding experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, storage areas, and surrounding spaces.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of bartenders to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service and maintain high standards.
- Cash Handling and Inventory: Manage cash handling and inventory procedures, including ordering stock and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and positive attitude.
Our bar is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will be required to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
