About the Role
The firm is currently seeking an Associate Lawyer to join their team, focusing on a unique opportunity to gain exposure to complex, interesting commercial litigation work. The role involves handling a diverse caseload with a focus on construction and general litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on construction and general litigation matters
- Handle complex, interesting commercial litigation work
- Represent clients in court appearances
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- 4-6 years' post-call experience, ideally in Commercial and general litigation
- Confidence in managing construction law matters and court appearances
- Excellent drafting skills with experience in court appeals
- Ability to fit within a laid-back yet professional office environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to engage clients effectively
- Proven track record of handling a diverse caseload independently
