Job Description
  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our team at Sushi & Kitchen.
  • This is a permanent full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week, with the opportunity for professional growth and development.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all meals meet high quality standards.
  • You will also be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as estimating ingredient and supply requirements.
  • In addition, you will maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.
