We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed
  • Operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, and appliances
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
