Kitchen Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are washed and sanitized, and assisting with food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
  • Operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment.
  • Replenish condiments and supplies as needed.
  • Assist with serving customers at counters or buffet tables.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
