Industrial Painter and Surface Preparation Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for reliable and skilled individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working on various projects, ensuring that surfaces are properly prepared and painted. Your role involves operating sandblasting and painting equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces through sandblasting
- Operate painting equipment to apply coatings and finishes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
Working Conditions:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with heavy machinery, preferably sandblasting and painting equipment. You will be working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Having forklift and crane experience would be beneficial but not necessary as training will be provided.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
- Availability of benefits after 3 months of employment
