About the Role

Wayfair is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for our Martech Bidding and Decisioning platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing scalable decisioning approaches that integrate seamlessly with our broader martech stack to maximize the impact of Wayfair's ad spend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own product strategy and roadmap for Wayfair's Martech Bidding and Decisioning systems
  • Partner with marketing, engineering, and data science to develop decisioning solutions that improve marketing ROI and enhance customer experiences to drive growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business and digital marketing space, including general tech, vendor capabilities, and utilize this to identify opportunities and translate into clear requirements for data science and engineering
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest AI and ML trends, work closely with Data Science to test, integrate, and scale the use of cutting-edge ML approaches
  • Work with engineering and data science to ensure we are building scalable and extensible tech solutions supporting best-in-breed ML capabilities
  • Partner closely with fellow PMs to integrate decisioning with the broader Martech stack, work with PMs across the business (Storefront) to expand the use of decisioning where applicable and maximize impact
  • Establish strong relationships with vendor and publisher partners (Search Engines, Social Networks, etc.) to stay ahead of their feature releases and roadmaps, incorporating this into Wayfair's B&D product strategy
  • Regularly perform market discovery, surface and apply new tech and/or ML approaches to Wayfair's decisioning strategy
  • Communicate regularly with leadership across both tech and marketing, translate technical and domain-specific language into comms for a broad audience
