Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms. Maintain inventory levels and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and instruct team members, supervise 5-10 staff, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations using MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and repetitive tasks.
  • Transportation: Own transportation or public transportation available.
