Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of meat cutters and clerks to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising and visual displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the store manager and other department heads to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing team productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
