Job Summary
  • As an academic tutor with Prep Academy Tutors, you will provide expert support to students based on your in-depth knowledge of the Ontario curriculum.
  • You will create engaging supplemental assignments to promote a deeper understanding of the material and foster academic growth.
  • Your role will also involve providing remedial and enrichment support to students, helping them bridge gaps in their learning and excel academically.
  • In addition to teaching, you will maintain open communication with parents or guardians, keeping them informed about student progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
Requirements and Qualifications

We seek educators who possess a strong passion for teaching, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students and families.

  • Energetic and enthusiastic teachers with experience in the classroom are ideal candidates.
  • A proven track record of strong work ethic, commitment to their job, and proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.

Candidates We're Looking For
  • You hold a registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.
  • You are qualified to teach at a school in a Canadian Province/Territory outside of Ontario.
  • You are qualified to teach at a school in the United States.
  • You are a current teacher candidate pursuing a bachelor of education in Canada.
  • You have experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited Canadian University or College.
  • You have experience as a teacher in a Canadian Elementary or High School.
