FT Counter Manager, Cartier

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a FT Counter Manager at Cartier. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury goods department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business metrics to develop action plans that address opportunities and positively impact the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through the Preferred Customer Program
- Observe and provide feedback to staff on their interaction with customers, co-workers, and overall customer service level
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals based on departmental targets
- Deliver world-class service through client communication, product knowledge, fashion direction, and solution-based selling
- Work with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through suggestive selling, store events, and wardrobe clients
- Act with customers in mind, demonstrating great networking and relationship management skills
- Prioritize the needs of internal and external customers, seeking customer information to improve products and services
- Consistently deliver exceptional results, elevating the performance of others and driving business growth
Requirements:
- Knowledge of skin/body care treatments with 2-5 years of work experience in cosmetics
- Certified make-up artist
- Experience in a commission and clientele selling environment
- Full flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends
