Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as customer service skills.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including food quality, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house and management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
