Job Summary

Homes First Society is seeking a highly skilled Research and Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and data analysis to support the development of strategic plans and policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social sciences, research methods, and data analysis. They will be able to collect and analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

The Research and Data Analyst will work closely with staff and leadership across departments to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support the implementation of strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and data analysis to support strategic planning and policy development
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders through reports, briefs, and presentations
  • Work with staff and leadership to measure KPIs and support strategic plan implementation
  • Develop and maintain databases and data visualization tools

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social sciences or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in research and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and tools
