Job Title: Research Analyst

Centre for Youth Bipolar Disorder (CYBD) is a clinical research program focused on youth bipolar disorder. Our team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team of researchers working on various studies examining bipolar disorder in youth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic interviews with youth with bipolar disorder and their families using standardized semi-structured interviews and questionnaires.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including laboratory procedures and participant interviews.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of multiple studies, including preparing research ethics board applications and maintaining study compliance.
  • Liaise with investigators, study staff, and clinical staff to ensure the consistency and quality of all study procedures.
  • Monitor project requirements to ensure data and procedure flow are in accordance with study protocols.
  • Prepare and submit grant applications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in psychology, health sciences, or a related field.
  • At least one year of relevant research experience.
  • Previous experience using standardized semi-structured interviews and questionnaires.
  • Previous experience with grant applications and submissions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
