Job Title: Research Analyst

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our team. As a Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of a prospective cohort study focused on understanding suicidal thoughts and behaviors in individuals presenting to the emergency department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the coordination and implementation of the study, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and data collection
  • Administer study assessments and structured diagnostic interviews, and transport samples as required
  • Perform data entry, maintain databases, and support other research team members
  • Manage research documentation and provide participant honoraria
  • Assist in developing and facilitating a study advisory committee
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social sciences, or related disciplines, combined with one year of post-graduate experience in a relevant research setting
  • Previous experience with participant recruitment and maintaining research databases
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, online academic search engines, and data management software
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
