Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Screen candidates for job openings, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
