Business Development Manager (Internal Wholesaler)

We are a successful and growing investment counselling firm based in Toronto, managing discretionary investment portfolios on behalf of families, foundations, and corporations. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results through a value-oriented investing style.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a business development pipeline for the firm, identifying prospective clients and centers of influence, and engaging with them on our services and investment strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sales and marketing materials, and strategic planning of marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with other team members to support the firm's business development objectives.
Requirements:
  • University degree and relevant industry designations.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Strong track record of success in business development, ideally in the fund wholesaling ecosystem.
  • Experience in private client wealth management or institutional relationship management is an asset.

We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated, and collaborative team player who is willing to grow with our firm. If you have a passion for business development and a strong understanding of alternative investment strategies, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 base salary, plus commission.
