About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Property Claims Adjuster to join our team at Xpera. As a Property Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and adjusting property claims in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate property claims and determine the extent of damage
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders and claimants
- Prepare and submit reports to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve claims and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in claims adjusting
- A strong understanding of property claims and insurance policies
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
