Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision and Roadmap
- Partner with senior management to develop and maintain a product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
- Product Backlog Management
- Develop and maintain a product backlog that reflects the product vision and roadmap.
- Continuously prioritize and refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and development teams.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders.
- Agile Methodologies
- Apply Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to manage product development and delivery.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective implementation of product requirements.
- Metrics and Reporting
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on product performance.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance product development and delivery.

Requirements
- Education
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Skills
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial services industry.
