Job Summary

The Millwright Technician will work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals to ensure the efficient operation of the plant. Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance tasks, operating heavy equipment, and adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections and repairs on plant equipment
  • Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
  • Comply with all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in construction, mining, or operating heavy machinery preferred
  • Basic welding and fitting skills required
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed

Working Conditions:

  • Work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
  • Work indoors in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
