Job Description for Executive Chef at Menbow Ramen Bar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Menbow Ramen Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet demand
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
