Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Kenux Tent Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality meals to our guests. This includes determining food portion sizes and costs, planning menus, and estimating food requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the size of food portions and costs
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and physical demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work under pressure.

Security and Safety:

The Executive Chef will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
