Territory Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Daniels Health & Sharpsmart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Northern Ontario territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities within the territory
- Develop and execute customer account strategies that align with key business metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, cost savings, and profitability
- Become a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business needs and aligning them with our solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of customer needs
- Provide product expertise and support to customers, including product installations and new program implementations
- Support strategic customer meetings and quarterly business reviews to communicate best practices, business results, and successes
- 2-4 years of outside sales experience
- Strong closing skills and relationship building abilities
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Hospital services or related service industry experience highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills and value-based selling confidence
- Computer-based skills, including Microsoft Office
