Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Business Technology engineering teams at Jobber. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will drive discovery and support delivery of in-product experiences, platform capabilities, and product integrations that drive critical value for our marketing, sales, and partnerships teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take on the responsibilities of a Scrum Team Product Owner for our in-house engineering teams, executing the product management workflow, backlog management, participating in Scrum events, estimation, and testing.
  • Be responsible for cross-functional program management, helping to manage and drive complex cross-functional projects that require both technical and non-technical deliverables to come together within the broader domain you support.
  • Drive project planning and execution, provide proactive transparency to stakeholders, and support teams to ensure timely delivery of their scope, including addressing blockers or issues that may arise.
  • Educate, mentor, and train team members across the company on product methodology and philosophy.
Requirements
  • Career experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.
  • A track record of building and shipping multiple products or technical solutions that have successfully delivered value.
  • A strong technical background that enables you to engage with engineers about architecture and technical considerations that impact backend systems.
  • A desire to learn what you don't know to help drive decision making.
