Pipeline Construction Team Leader

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
About the Job:
The Strike Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipeline Construction Team Leader to join our team. As a Crew Foreperson, you will be responsible for providing direction, on-floor leadership, and continuous improvement of production processes, procedures, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Operate heavy machinery such as picker trucks, telehandlers, skidsteers, and AWP; participate in daily toolbox meetings; participate in safety/incident investigations and reviews; complete task hazard assessments, driver's logs, and review job site assessments; manage and maintain client relationships; ensure quality and inspection of installation; complete quality reports and required statistics; inform the superintendent of any out-of-scope work; move equipment and materials between sites; load and unload construction materials and equipment for transporting to work locations, following applicable safety securement protocols; communicate work progress and safety performance to the site supervisor; maintain all equipment and tools in good and safe working condition and report any findings to lead hand; perform general housekeeping and daily clean-up of work area.
Qualifications:
CSTS, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, AWP, First Aid certifications; 2-3 years of pipeline or facility construction experience as a Crew Truck Foreperson; 3-5 years of pipeline or facility experience as a Labourer; valid driver's license; ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
