As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a regional business plan to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver projects and services to clients in the water sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with projects and business operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other business leaders to drive cross-regional growth and success

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field (engineering, environmental, etc.)
  • Member of a recognized professional association (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, etc.)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management for key projects
  • Established client base in the water sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English/French)
  • Ability to manage priorities and lead a team
  • Good emotional intelligence and leadership skills
