We are seeking a highly skilled Trust Associate to join our Scotia Wealth Management team in Vancouver, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service and administrative support to our Trust Officers and their clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive administrative support to Trust Officers, including account administration, client communication, and cash management.
- Assist with the preparation of client reports, statements, and other documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and Co-Trustees.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Enrolment in Financial Industry courses (e.g. CSC, IFIC, STEP Canada, ICB).
- Working knowledge of asset management and administrative procedures.
- Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of Trust Accounting principles.
