Job Summary

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for providing health and safety services to our clients and growing our on-site professional service business in Alberta. This role requires a strong understanding of health and safety management systems, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety management systems for clients
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their health and safety needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Provide training and support to clients on health and safety best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in health and safety legislation and regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in health and safety management
  • Certification as a COR External Auditor
  • Strong technical acumen in occupational safety and risk management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
